If Tenant requires an assistance animal for medical reasons: Tenant must provide a current (dated within 90 calendar days) letter from a licensed medical provider, printed on the provider's official letterhead, verifying the medical necessity of the animal. For approved companion animals (emotional support animals): A maximum of two (2) animals are permitted. (Stated by the HOA bylaws) Each animal must not exceed 25 pounds.
