Welcome to our private, centrally located home in the Mid-Town part of Tampa. My home has been fully renovated and furnished with calm decor to make you feel right at home. There is a master bedroom (king size bed) with its own master en suite (walk-in-shower), also 2 more guest rooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two double size beds, plus a guest bathroom with a tub. This is a 100% private (1 story single family home) space, it does have a fenced in backyard plus a one car carport (and plenty more space to park on your driveway and/or street parking). The living room and the master bedroom both have smart TVs in place. Uber/Lyft to great local/award-winning restaurants, just minutes away. Just about 5 minutes from: Tampa International Airport, International Mall, Midtown or Raymond James Stadium. Comes fully furnished with all kitchenware, towels, linens, plus an iron with an ironing board present for your convenience. All utilities are paid by the tenant. $75 is the application fee per adult, must submit with a signed rental application, and a copy of ID, and with recent pay stubs, pet info/pics if applicable. There is a $195 Admin Lease Fee due after tenant approval along with the Security Deposit and 1st month's rent (and non-refundable pet fee, and pet rent if applicable). Renter's Insurance is required.
